These items are all from one local Estate.

Bidding for this auction will begin as soon as items are uploaded and will BEGIN TO END 08/23/10 at 6:00 PM CST. Lot closing is staggered and will allow extension for items bid on in the last 3 minutes of the lots closing. Preview of items will be available at our facility 8/23/10 from 10 am to 5 pm.

Winning bidders will receive an email invoice at the end of the sale and payment will be due upon receipt. Shipping of items won will be handled via Priority Mail USPS and will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. Arrangements may be made for pickup at our facility.

All bids will have a 10% buyer premium added to the final bid price + sales tax to Texas residents.
