Benefits of a personal property appraiser?

Personal property appraisers value personal items of all sorts and some specialize in one or two areas.  We have completed our GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) with the National Auctioneers Association and attended USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraiser Practice) training and are USPAP compliant

The Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 recognizes USPAP as the generally accepted appraisal standards and requires USPAP compliance for appraiser in federally related transactions. State Appraiser Certification and Licensing Boards; federal, state, and local local agencies, appraisal services; and appraisal trade associations require compliance with USPAP.

We perform appraisals on a variety of items.  Appraisals are available by appointment – Call our office at 936-594-0812
