Auctioneer David Drake was surprised with a plaque from the Blinded Veterans Association honoring him for his service raising funds at their National Convention this past year. On the left, Roy Young from the Blinded Veterans Assoc presented David with a plaque which states: In grateful recognition of an outstanding contribution to the welfare of Blinded Veterans Awards this Certificate of Appreciation.
David was speechless and touched by their thoughtfulness.

National Blinded Veterans Assoc 67th Nat’l Convention

Benefit Charity Auction will be conducted by David F. Drake Tx Lic#16244 and wife Elizabeth Monteson Drake, ATS Tx Lic#16596 of Trinity Auction Gallery of Trinity, Tx.

We have the honor of being chosen by the BVA for their National Convention Fund Raising Event.
The BVA has developed a program, “Operation Peer Support Iraq and Afghanistan Service Members” to assist those from the wars and from training accidents who have incurred blindness or significant visual injuries.
Operation Peer Support’s most immediate objective is to bring these service members to their convention with an mission to help them learn about new adaptive technology, vision research, employment training and other federal benefits for the visually disabled veterans.
We at Trinity Auction Gallery have great respect for our HERO’s so this will be an exciting benefit for us to be a part of.  Thank you to ALL veterans who have served and are serving we appreciate all that you do and to your families so serve along with you. God Bless You.
