    WHEN: Tuesday, Dec 31, 2019, @ 7:00 PM CST Online bidding begins as soon as the catalog is uploaded. Auction begins to close at 7 PM CST. Each lot ends in 20-sec intervals, last-minute bids extend the bidding for 2 more minutes on that lot. The auction has the feel of a live auction, though the online bidders are the ones keeping the bidding going. So get online at 7 pm on Tuesday, Dec 31st and watch how the online auction system has the feel of a live auction.

    Come by and see for yourself on Saturday, August 10th.  The doors will open at Noon and stay open all day for you to look them over.  The live auction event will begin at 6pm CST.

    If you can not make it to the LIVE auction make sure to bid online absentee for the max amount you are willing to spend and the auctioneer, David Drake will bid for you against the crowd.

     Overland Park, Kan. – David & Elizabeth Drake, in Trinity, Texas have completed courses to receive the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) Education Institute’s Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) designation. 

    The GPPA program is designed to educate auctioneers on the responsibilities of appraisal.  Auctioneers with the GPPA designation learn the guidelines and regulations for property appraisal.  The GPPA designation requires the completion of thirty-five hours of classroom instruction and an appraisal report. The Drakes attended this course in Las Vegas, Nevada, in December of 2014 and have completed all course requirements.
