Terms and Conditions of all firearm sales at our Federal Firearms Licensed Facility are as follows:

All documentation and background checks will be in effect for this and all auctions or sales of firearms. All sales are final.

To complete the Firearms Transaction Record ATF Form 4473, you must present your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and buyer age.) Examples: Texas State Driver’s License or other valid Government-issued Identification that will fulfill the requirements.

Texas License to Carry Hand Gun license holders are exempt from the background check, though they must complete Form 4473 and have an LTC and driver’s License on hand.

Because we sell the estate and or used firearms, the buyer agrees to have any weapon checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer will assume all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm’s condition, use & security/storage. Buyers certify by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm and that no state or local laws prevent ownership. The owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns/weapons are potentially dangerous if handled or stored improperly.

We have no established testing facility. Therefore, we assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.

The terminology is used to describe a firearm condition. How do we arrive at the statements used for the condition of a firearm?

Asset Marketing Pros-Trinity Auction Gallery based our condition statements on NRA standards. Here is a list of the terms and their meaning. We sincerely hope this will help you understand how we arrived at the condition stated. The NRA website has Evaluating Firearms Condition by Jim Supica. We have included a link to the NRA – click this button NRA

Firearm Age Requirements

A buyer must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun. There are new laws for 18-21-year-old firearms buyers. Or 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Please check your state’s age and firearm requirements with your FFL / gun transfer dealer. When you buy a gun, you have all the liability and responsibility, including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm.

Requirements for Online Firearm Purchases are not picked up at our facility.

Online purchasers and out-of-state buyers must contact your local Federal Firearms Dealer. Contact them and have them email us a copy of their FFL to include your name and invoice number for the shipment. We ONLY ship to another FFL because that is federal law.

Auctioneers in Texas must hold a license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and complete continuing education. If you have any compliments or complaints, contact our office at 936-594-0812. If you have any unresolved issues, contact TDLR PO Box 12157 Austin, Texas, at 1-800-803-9202.
