Asset Marketing Pros, LLC is a Federal Firearms Licensed facility in Trinity, Texas. We provide firearm auction services, firearm sales, and FFL transfer services from our licensed location.
Whether you are buying online, selling an estate firearm collection, consigning firearms to auction, or need a local transfer, our team can help explain the process and the documentation required for your transaction.
Firearm Services at AMP
Buy Firearms
Looking for a firearm? We offer new and used firearms and can access additional inventory through our distributors. Contact us or visit our facility to see whether we can help locate what you need.
Sell Firearms at Auction
We accept qualifying firearms and firearm collections for online auction, including estate firearms. As an FFL, we handle firearm transactions through our licensed facility and complete the required transfer process with the buyer.
FFL Transfers
Bought a firearm online from another seller? Your firearm can be shipped to our licensed facility for transfer and local pickup. If the seller needs our FFL information, contact us for assistance.
Transfer fee: $25 for the first firearm and $5 for each additional firearm transferred on the same ATF Form 4473.
If a seller, dealer, or auction company needs a copy of our Federal Firearms License before shipping a firearm to us, you can request it directly by email.
Person-to-Person Transfers
We can assist with qualifying person-to-person firearm transfers at our facility. The parties should contact us before arriving so we can explain what identification, documentation, and transfer steps will be required.
BUYING ONLINE
Online Firearm Purchases & Out-of-State Buyers
For online firearm purchases that will not be picked up at our Trinity facility, the firearm must be transferred through an appropriate Federal Firearms Licensee. Out-of-state buyers should arrange for their receiving FFL to provide the required license information along with the buyer’s name and invoice information.

Identification, Documentation & Eligibility
Firearm transactions through our licensed facility require the documentation and procedures applicable to the transaction. Buyers completing an ATF Form 4473 must present acceptable identification establishing the information required for the transfer.
Eligibility, age, identification, background-check, residency, and transfer requirements can vary depending on the firearm, purchaser, and transaction. Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. If you are unsure what applies to your purchase, contact our FFL before bidding or arranging a transfer.
Texas License to Carry holders: bring your current LTC and government-issued identification when completing a transaction. We will apply the documentation and background-check procedures required for your transaction.
Used & Estate Firearm Condition
Many firearms offered through our auctions are used, estate-owned, or collectible firearms. Condition descriptions are intended to help bidders evaluate the property based on the information available to us.
Asset Marketing Pros does not operate a firearm testing facility. Buyers should have used or estate firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing and are responsible for lawful use, handling, possession, and secure storage after purchase.
Firearm Condition Terminology
We use recognized firearm-condition terminology as a reference when describing firearms. Bidders should review each auction listing, photographs, description, and terms before bidding and contact us with questions before the auction closes.
Selling an Estate or Firearm Collection?
Firearms often require additional care when an estate, collection, or household is being settled. Our auction and FFL services allow qualifying firearms to be marketed through our online auctions while the resulting firearm transactions are handled through our licensed facility.
