You can trust that they will sell to a new owner who has been background-checked. A Federal Firearms Licensee is commonly known as an FFL.

• Are you looking to buy a firearm? We can help! We access new guns at competitive prices. Before you buy, please call us or stop by to see if we can help you find what you need.
• Selling Firearms or Estate Guns? We offer firearms for auction for individuals and estates. Estate executors can be confident when selling their firearms to FBI-cleared buyers.
• We help with person-to-person firearm transfers. If you wish to sell firearms, both parties can visit our facility. We will conduct the transfer. The buyer must complete a background check and the required federal Form 4473 before the sale.
• Transfers? Did you buy a gun online from another seller?  Have your firearm(s) shipped to us to complete your transfer, and pick up your online purchase at our local Facility. We are listed with most major online gun dealers; nevertheless, if you can’t find us, please call us. The transfer fee is $25.00 for the first firearm and $5.00 for each extra firearm on the same invoice.

All documentation and background checks will apply to this and to all firearm auctions or sales. All sales are final. 

To finish the Firearms Transaction Record, ATF Form 4473, you must show identification. It must establish your identity, place of residence, physical address, and age. Examples include a Texas State Driver’s License or other valid government-issued ID.

Texas License to Carry handgun license holders are exempt from the background check. But they must complete a Form 4473 and have an LTC and a driver’s License on hand.

Our inventory includes estate and used firearms. Therefore, the purchaser agrees to have any firearm inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to firing. The purchaser assumes all legal liability and responsibility for the firearm’s condition, use, and secure storage. By purchasing a firearm, the buyer certifies that they are legally eligible to purchase it. They can possess the firearm. No state or local laws prohibit ownership. The firearm owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The purchaser acknowledges that all firearms are dangerous if handled or stored improperly. Asset Marketing Pros, LLC does not have an established testing facility. Therefore, we disclaim any liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.

Firearm Age Requirements

A buyer must be 18 years old to buy a rifle or shotgun, and 21 to buy a handgun. Please check your state’s age and firearm requirements with your FFL / gun transfer dealer. Please also review the new federal firearms laws about buyers aged 18 to 21. When you buy a firearm, you assume all liability and responsibility, including its usage and safe storage.

Requirements for Online Firearm Purchases Not Picked Up at Our Facility.

For online purchases and for out-of-state buyers, please contact your local Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Please have them email us a copy of their FFL, along with your name and invoice number. We can only ship to another FFL, as required by federal law.

Auctioneers in Texas must maintain a license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). They are required to complete annual educational updates.
