Why Do People Love Collecting Vintage Glass?
Perhaps it’s the craftsmanship. Perhaps it’s the history. Or maybe it’s simply the way a beautiful piece of glass catches the afternoon sunlight.
Unlike mass-produced modern decorations, many vintage glass pieces have distinctive colors, patterns, shapes, and manufacturing techniques that reflect the time in which they were made.
Some collectors search for a particular maker. Others collect by color, style, or period.
And then there are those of us who just know what we like when we see it!
Whatever your approach, one of the best things about collecting is that there’s always something new to learn.
