Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. An order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Item Descriptions and Photographs
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each item accurately. Because many items we sell are pre-owned, collectible, or unique, they may show normal signs of age, use, or wear. Please review the complete description and all photographs before purchasing.
Shipping
We ship orders to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping charges are shown during checkout. We will provide tracking information when available.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible purchases. Make pickup arrangements with Asset Marketing Pros, LLC during normal business hours or by appointment.
Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, items are sold as described, and all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what was ordered, please contact Asset Marketing Pros, LLC promptly so we can review the issue.
Auction Purchases
These terms apply to merchandise purchased directly through the Asset Marketing Pros website. Items purchased through an auction are subject to the separate terms and conditions posted for that auction.
Firearms and Regulated Items
Firearms and other regulated items are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Additional requirements, restrictions, transfer procedures, identification, background checks, fees, or shipment to a licensed dealer may apply. A website purchase does not override any legal transfer requirement.
