    Transparency in our auction business

While determining how to run our business to effectively earn our clients’ trust, which is our goal. As a professional auction company, we decided the best course of action was to publish the auction prices realized. This helps our sellers review immediately after the auction closes.  Fortunately, in doing so, we have helped countless appraisers to find actual paid values for items they are researching. It also offers Estate Attorneys and Estate Executors a tool to determine if the auction method is the right choice for their estate liquidation.

There are certainly times when posting an item that did not sell or sold for a lower price than expected has been painful. But transparency in auctions offers open communication with buyers and sellers. Honesty and fair dealing have increased our bottom line and our personal growth. Today, more than ever, providing accurate information is more important than creating a false image of our business capabilities.  We believe in the auction method of marketing. The auction method determines a fair and reasonable market value, not an inflated one. Auction results give sellers a fair idea of the value of their personal property. This is the right choice for us.
